Shipping Policy

We now live in a time where we receive many of our orders within a day or two.  We wish we could provide the same lightning fast service as Amazon, but we are a small business and not able to at this time.  Not yet anyway!

Our goal is to process orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.  When your order is ready for shipment you will receive an automatic notification with the applicable tracking number.  Please note, orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.  We thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.   

Orders may also be held due to weather considerations or on the anticipation of receipt of product stock. In that case, Saltflow will communicate this to you through phone or email. 

Orders are shipped via USPS Mail.  

Shipping Countries

We are able to ship within the United States only at this time.

Returns on Gourmet Sea Salt Products

Most of our products are found in the gourmet and edible category.  For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any of the gourmet sea salt products. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear from you.  Please contact us to discuss the details.

Return Policy for Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us within 14 days so that we can send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that missing items may have been substituted. 

Errors on Shipments

If we have made an error on your shipment, please contact us within 14 days so that we can correct the item immediately.  

Return Policy for Cancelled Orders

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping by contacting info@saltflow.com. An order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
